ORIGIN: My name is Stacie and I am the owner of Jackpot Coffee, a mobile coffee van serving the Colorado Springs and Woodland Park areas. In 2021, I decided to pivot from full time teaching (25 years) and embark on a new adventure. I purchased the van from Anna Spriggs (of Wheel Coffee) and started "Jackpot".

ABOUT THE VAN: Jackpot offers Espresso drinks including Americanos, Mochas, and Lattes. I also serve Chai, Hot Chocolate, Sno Cones, and delicious Italian Cream sodas with many flavors to choose from. Jackpot is available for community, corporate, and private events.
